You can register for the congress with the OIDFA Congress registration form (Microsoft® Word® format). After completion you can e-mail the form to: info@oidfa2008groningen.com (please do not e-mail the form directly from Microsoft® Word® but attach it as seperate file to your e-mail!) or fax it to +31 181 64 30 05.
Please note that a separate form must be filled in for each registered participant, OIDFA members and also non-OIDFA members.
The price for a day ticket is € 20,00. Day tickets for GROUPS must be purchased in advance.
For young people (age under 16 years) the price of a day ticket will be: € 10
